Refund policy
当ショップの商品は、すべて少量生産または一点ものとして、
大阪のアトリエで丁寧に製作しております。
そのため、お客様のご都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。
ただし、商品到着時に破損・不良などがございました場合は、
誠意をもって対応させていただきます。
お手数ですが、商品到着後7日以内に、
以下の情報を添えてメール（ info@hashico.net ）までご連絡ください。
- ご注文番号
- お名前
- 不良箇所が分かるお写真
確認のうえ、交換または返金のご案内をさせていただきます。
なお、ハンドクラフト製品の特性上、
織りや柄のわずかな差異は品質不良には該当いたしません。
あらかじめご了承ください。
All products are handcrafted in small batches at our studio in Osaka, Japan.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.
If your item arrives damaged or defective,
please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@hashico.net
including the following details:
- Order number
- Your name
- Photo(s) showing the issue
We will review your request and arrange an exchange or refund if appropriate.
Please note that slight variations in weave, texture, or pattern are natural features of handmade items
and are not considered defects.
