配送ポリシー

SAYACA (made-to-order knife cases) / SAYACA(受注生産の包丁ケース)

Made to order. Every SAYACA is made to fit your knife in Osaka, Japan. Production takes about 2 weeks. Before shipping, we send you a photo of your finished SAYACA by email or DM, and we ship it once you confirm.

Carrier and rates. Overseas orders ship with DHL Express. Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and total weight. Orders of 5 or more knives ship at one flat rate (the 5-knife rate), so extra knives beyond five add nothing to the shipping fee. Within Japan, orders ship by Sagawa Express for ¥900 (free for orders of ¥30,000 or more).

Where we ship. Japan, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Israel, and the EU countries Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Ireland, Portugal, Finland, Sweden and Denmark. If your country is not listed, please contact us.

Remote areas. Some addresses in remote areas incur an extra carrier surcharge. If this applies to your address, we will contact you before shipping.

Duties and taxes. Import duties, VAT and other taxes charged by your country are the recipient's responsibility.

SAYACAは受注生産です。制作期間は約2週間で、完成写真をお送りし、ご確認後に発送します。海外へはDHL Expressでお届けし、送料は、お届け先と合計重量で、ご注文時に自動計算されます(5本以上は一律)。国内は佐川急便で¥900(¥30,000以上は無料)です。遠隔地は、追加料金がかかる場合があり、その際は発送前にご連絡します。輸入関税・税金は、受取人のご負担です。
